Food Safety
Provision of technical assistance to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) to ensure the "safety of the Nation's supply of meat, poultry, and processed egg products" and "Assessment of an impacted community’s food supply networks to ensure food safety."
